We guarantee that all items we sell will be exactly as described and photographed.  If there is anything wrong with an item (chip, crack, tear, repair, etc.) we'll include a clear photo of the defect.  We do a very good job of packing, but cannot guarantee the item will not be broken in transit.  We recommend therefore, that you purchase insurance for the items you purchase from us. 

We do look at all items we sell very carefully, even under magnification.  If you have questions about an item or the condition of an item please ask before you make the purchase.  In the event you find a defect we didn't notice, rest assured we'll make it right.

Remember that the first person to contact us gets the item.  It is possible that an item has been sold recently, but is still on our Web Site.
